“My artwork is the result of a deep affinity for color and its power to evoke emotion, which directly influences the soul. The technique used to create the abstract paintings involves mixing acrylic ink with pouring medium to create a creamy flow of intense pigment. The paint is then poured directly onto the canvas and rotated to create a liquid dance of movement, light and color. What I love about this process is that it requires a role reversal between painter and paint. In essence, the artist must surrender control and allow the paint to become the guide in revealing its hidden message.”
